THE LOVE OF GOD

GOD LOVES YOU! He loves you so much that he sent His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for you. (John 3.16). His love is unconditional. Christ died for us while we were yet sinners. (Romans 5.8). God is Holy (Joshua 24.19). He is Love (1 john 4.7, 8). He hates sin but he loves the sinner (Psalm 25.8). There is nothing you can do or have ever done, that will make Him stop loving you (Romans 8.39).
God wants you to seek Him (Jeremiah 29.13). He wants to have a personal and intimate relationship with you. You are never out of His presence (Exodus 33.14). He knows the deepest thoughts, needs, desires, hurts, pains, words, deeds, everything about us (Hebrews 4.12). There is nothing and nowhere we can hide from God (Psalm 39.8). He created us (Genesis 1.27). Nothing can separate you from God’s love (Romans 8.35). He wants you to seek Him and get to know Him. (Proverbs 8.17).

The only way to truly get to know Him is to read the Holy Scriptures and spend time in prayer to Him. It is God’s love letter to us. Every moment you spend reading and meditating on His Word, or in prayer to Him, you are seeking His face and He will reveal Himself to you.
Only He can do everything. He alone is God and there is no other. Only He is our provider, healer, lover of our soul, comforter, savior, deliverer, protection, giver of wisdom or whatever you need. (Psalms 91). If you put God first and seek first His kingdom, He promised to take care of everything else (Matthew 6.33). He is your mother, father, sister, brother, husband, judge, priest, soon coming King of Kings. Only He can do what no one else can do. People will leave you, disappoint you, hurt you, but God will never leave you or forsake you (Psalm 27.10, Hebrews 13.5). He will only do you good, all the days of your life (Psalm 23). He is waiting to spend time with you right now. He wants to take you from the pit to the palace! With GOD all things are possible.

YOU ARE REAL

Based on Matthew 28.19: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

Lord, I want to tell the world,

How very much You love them.

I want You to speak through me,

To every single one of them.

No matter what’s going on,

Or how much pain they’re in;

What their circumstances are,

You’ll make a way for them.

Show them they're not alone,

No matter how they feel.

You’ll never leave or forsake them;

Lord, show them You are real.

Give me words to speak to them,

Open their eyes to see;

You love them no matter what;

Unconditionally.

HE LOVED YOU FIRST

Based on 1 John 4.49: We love him, because he first loved us. Romans 5.8: But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

I love You Lord,

Because You first loved me.

Before we ever met,

You chose Calvary.

I praise You, Lord,

For hearing my prayer;

When I cried: “Save me!”

Lord, You were there.

I’ll never know the price,

You paid at Calvary;

I love you for saving,

A wretch like me.

There are no words,

What else can I say?

Thanks for granting me,

Life another day.

FORGIVENESS NEVER FAILS

Romans 5.8: But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

I can’t imagine what You see,

When You look down at me;

You whisper so gently:

“I love you unconditionally”.

I’ve never seen that kind of love,

That only comes from above;

It comes gently like a dove,

Fills my soul with such pure love.

It was my sin that put You in jail,

For me you bore the cat of nine tails;

Your forgiveness never failed:

“King of the Jews” is what they hailed.

They mocked You, and ridiculed,

While You were on the tree;

The thief on the other cross said:

“If You are God, save me!”

The thief on the third cross,

Somehow knew who You were;

He said: “Remember me,

When You go to Your Father”.

I still can hear the words,

You told the thief that day:

“You will be with Me,

In paradise this day”.

I heard You ask Your Father:

“Forgive them, they know not,

What they have done,"

Even those whom You taught.

They couldn’t understand,

Though You told them what would be;

They wanted delivered,

From Rome’s authority.

You spent three years,

Speaking what You heard;

From Your Father in heaven,

You taught them His Word.

When You gave up the ghost,

I heard You say: “It’s Done."

The heavens have been opened,

To Your daughters and Your sons.

HEART SURGERY

Based on Ezekiel 36.26: A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.

I had a dream last night,

You came down to me;

With a jar in Your hand,

You performed surgery.

I couldn’t speak or ask,

What it was You were fixing;

I watched You put my heart,

In a bowl You were mixing.

Your light shown so bright,

I could barely see.

When I saw my heart,

It was dark, and ugly.

There was un-forgiveness,

Discontent, and hate,

Un-thankfulness, un-holiness,

Chains, and a gate.

I was surprised to see,

The ugliness in me;

I blamed others for their sins,

My own I couldn’t see.

You gave me a new heart,

Sparkling white as snow;

You sowed me up and left,

I didn’t want You to go.

The only words You spoke,

Before You went away:

“You must forgive them all,

Guard your heart each day."

KISS YOUR TEARS

Based on Psalms 56.8: Thou tellest my wanderings; put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?

When I cried, I kissed my tears,

Each tear He came and took;

He put them in a bottle,

Then He put them in a book.

One day as I was pouring out,

Love for my Savior;

Remembering all He’s done,

I thanked Him for His favor.

Jesus kissed His cross,

On the way to Calvary;

What a precious way to prove,

His love for you and me.

I kissed my every tear,

As they began to pour;

I knew they’d get to Him,

He’d feel my love for sure.

No matter how I feel,

Or how much pain I’m in;

I’m happy just to know,

My kisses get to Him.

BE STILL

Based on Psalms 46.10: Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

I will be still and know You’re God,

And I will wait for You.

I won’t move to the right or left,

Until You tell me what to do.

You put me in my mother’s womb,

I’m wonderfully made;

This my soul knows well,

For all my sins You paid.

I will be still and know You’re God,

My life belongs to You;

I will trust and obey,

It’s the least I can do.

Lord, I can’t wait,

To hear You say:

“Well done My servant,

Enter in this day.”

REPENTANCE UNTO SALVATION

Like everything else in life, Repentance is a choice. First, we must understand that God is God, and He is a Holy and Just God (Jeremiah 10.10). We are all sinners (Romans 3.23). That is why God sent His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins (John 3.16). He paid our sin debt that we could never pay, to make a way of salvation. He is the only way to salvation. He is the only way to the Father. He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14.6).
First we must understand that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3.23). We must acknowledge our sins, confess our sins, and repent of our sins (Psalm 51.3). We must accept the gift of salvation, the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ (Romans 5.15,18; 2 Corinthians 6.2). The Bible says that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1.9).
First we must confess our sins and allow God to put our sins in the sea of forgetfulness, to remember them no more. NO FISHING! Then we must forgive others (1 John 1.9, Hebrews 10.17, Matthew 6.14, Mark 11.25). God will help you if you ask (John 14.6).
Then you must forgive yourself (Romans 8.1). That can be the hardest part, but with God all things are possible. Satan is the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12.10). Once your sins are covered by the Blood, you are made a new creation in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5.17).
When Satan tries to remind you of your past, you just tell him that you no longer have a past. Then you can remind him of his future, how he will be cast into the lake of fire forever and forever (Revelation 20.10). HALLELUJAH!

If you have not yet received Jesus Christ as your Savior, please pray:

Dear God in heaven, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. I confess that I am a sinner and I repent of all my sins. I am truly sorry and I need Your forgiveness now.
I believe with my whole heart that Jesus Christ died for my sins on the cross and I want to turn away from all of my sins now.
Your Word declares that if I confess my sins and believe in my heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, You will save me. I declare that I receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and I believe with all my heart that You raised Him from the dead.
I declare that I am now Your child and my name is now written in The Lambs Book of Life. Thank You Jesus for dying for my sins and saving me. I ask You to be the King on the throne of my heart and help me today to become what You created me to be. In Jesus Name, AMEN!

Now, you need to share your faith with others. Tell someone of your decision (Mark 8.38).

MY PEOPLE

Based on 2 Chronicles 7.14: 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

If Christians were willing,

To humble themselves and pray;

I don't think the world would be,

Where it is today.

Instead of tale-bearing,

Destroying each other;

We should be praying,

Lifting up one another.

Father, please forgive us,

For selfishness, and pride;

Not caring about The Brethren,

Now they’re being crucified.

Judgment begins,

At the house of God;

Our Lord is coming soon,

With a judgment rod.

A BEDTIME PRAYER

Based on Proverbs 3.24: When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

As I kneel beside my bed,

I worship You, I bow my head;

I humble myself before You now,

You’ll make a way, I don’t know how.

It doesn’t matter what I feel,

You’re the only thing that’s real.

You said “Fear Not” and to “Be still,"

As I listen for Your perfect will.

Forgive me for all my sins,

And all iniquities;

Cover them with Your Blood,

Cleanse me from all of these.

Save my loved ones,

Bless and heal them too;

Help me witness to the lost,

So they can be with You.

NO PROFIT

Based on John 7.38: He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. Jeremiah 2.13: For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water. Jeremiah 2.18: And now what hast thou to do in the way of Egypt, to drink the waters of Sihor? Or what hast thou to do in the way of Assyria, to drink the waters of the river?

The word of the LORD came to me,

He said: "I remember thee:

What iniquities have you found in Me,

That you’re gone after vanity?"

"Where’s the LORD who brought us out of Egypt,

Led us through a land of deserts and pits;

Through a land of drought, the shadow of death,

By His mercy and His mighty greatness?"

"He brought you to a plentiful country,

To eat the fruit of the nations,

When ye entered, ye defiled my land,

Made mine heritage an abomination."

"The priests said not: Where is the LORD?

The pastors transgressed against Me.

The prophets prophesied by Baal,

But for your children I will plead."

"Hath a nation changed their gods,

Hearkened to the false prophets?

My people have changed their glory,

For that which doth not profit."

"Be astonished, O’ ye heavens,

Be horribly afraid;

Ye shall be made desolate,"

That’s what the LORD saith.

YE MUST BE A WITNESS

The Bible teaches us that we should have a true desire to share what God has done for us. It is more important than ever that we witness to others, since the “night is coming when no man can work”. Jesus is coming soon. There are so many false teachers, working overtime for Satan. Their goal is to keep as many souls as possible from receiving salvation. He wants to drag as many of us to hell with him as he can, and he knows the clock is ticking. You don’t have to look very far to see that we are in the last days. Very soon it will be too late. I pray you will join me and that we can begin to win the lost, one soul at a time.
Read 2 Timothy 3: This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come, For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth; men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was. But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me. Yeah, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

JESUS COMMANDED US TO WITNESS:

Matthew 28.18-20: And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Proverbs 11.30: The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
Proverbs 14.25: A true witness delivereth souls: but a deceitful witness speaketh lies.
Revelation 12.11: And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death.

THE MISSION

Based on Romans 10.15: And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! Dedicated to the Bernsdorff Family, Missionaries to Trinidad, and ALL of our brave Missionaries.

I heard a Missionary speak,

When I went to church this morning.

He had such passion for lost souls,

It was a wakeup call and warning.

He had such love for mankind,

He put the world to shame.

What is wrong with me, Lord,

That I don’t feel the same?

He represented,

What the church should be;

What all Christians should be like,

What is wrong with me?

I want what that preacher has,

I’ve never seen such passion.

I saw and heard the love of Christ,

In every word and action.

My heart will never be the same,

I’m under such conviction.

I thank God for sending him,

Before he went on his mission.

NO SHAME HERE

Based on Romans 1.16: For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Luke 9.26: For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and my words, of him shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels.

I’m not ashamed of the Gospel,

The power of God to salvation;

To all who believe in Him,

Every tongue, tribe, and nation.

He is the Way, the Truth, the Life,

No other way to the Father.

He’s the ONLY One that can save,

Your sons and your daughters.

If you repent of your sins,

Believe Jesus died for you;

He paid the debt you owed,

Today He’ll save you too.

I pray you make the right choice,

Your soul is at stake;

Satan wants to lead you,

To the fiery lake.

Hell was created for him,

All who reject God’s Son;

To repent in Jesus’ Name,

Is the way of Redemption.

HAVE BEAUTIFUL FEET

Based on Romans 10.15: And how shall they preach, except they be sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! Isaiah 6.8: Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I, send me. John 4.35: Say not ye, There are four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. Luke 10.2: Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send laborers into his harvest.

How beautiful are the feet,

Of those who preach;

Who lay it all down,

For The Gospel of Peace.

They are wholly sold out,

To our Lord and Savior;

They cried: “Lord, send me”,

So he covered them with favor.

Because they put Him first,

He provides their every need.

They’re living sacrifices,

Going where He leads.

The harvest is great,

The laborers are few;

He needs volunteers,

Could that be you?

PRAISE YE THE LORD

The Bible says: “let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord” (Psalm 150.6). We have an awesome God that is all powerful, all knowing, omni-present, omnipotent, omniscient, and He is worthy of all our praise and worship. (Psalm 150.2) Praise is humbling ourselves and focusing on God alone (Isaiah 57.15; James 4.10). Praise is also spiritual warfare (2 Corinthians 10.4). No matter what you are going through, if you humble yourself, pray, seek God’s face, and praise Him with your whole heart, the devil must flee (James 4.7). You can actually praise your way out of any problem, trouble, hardship or attack. God inhabits the praises of His saints (Psalm 22.23). You must know that He alone is God (Psalm 86.10) and we are just dust that He breathed life into (Ecclesiastes 12.7). Only He controls our next heartbeat and our next breath. If you can’t think of anything else to be thankful for, thank Him that you are not burning in hell right now, which is what we all deserve. If you begin to make praise and worship a lifestyle choice every day, your life will never be the same. “The supernatural will become your natural and the impossible will become possible”.

Following are the words to one of my favorite Hymns, called COUNT YOUR MANY BLESSINGS, by Johnson Oatman, Jr.:
When upon life’s billows you are tempest tossed, when you are discouraged, thinking all is lost, Count your many blessings, name them one by one. And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.
Count your blessings, name them one by one, Count your blessings, see what God hath done; Count your blessings, name them one by one, and it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.
Are you ever burdened with a load of care? Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear? Count your many blessings, every
doubt will fly. And you will be singing as the days go by.
When you look at others with their lands and gold, think that Christ has promised you His wealth untold.
Count your many blessings, money cannot buy, Your reward in heaven, nor your Lord on high. So amid the conflict, whether great or small, do not be discouraged, God is over all.

GET YOUR PRAISE ON

Based on Psalm 42.11: Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

Are you under attack?

Are things not going right?

Are you worn, frustrated,

Too tired to even fight?

That’s the best time,

To “get your praise on."

Start praising His Name,

Put worship music on.

If you don’t have strength,

To sing Him a song;

Just call on Jesus Name,

Then it won’t be long:

You’ll feel the burdens,

Lift from your shoulders;

God’s peace will fill you,

The battle will be over.

PRAISE HIM ON CREDIT

Based on Proverbs 3.5, 6: Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

It’s easy to praise God,

When you have good health;

All the bills are paid,

And you have some wealth.

Can you still praise Him,

When you get a bad report;

The doctor gives no hope,

You have no support?

Will you still trust Him,

From the pit of despair?

Will you still trust Him,

When it feels He’s not there?

Will you still trust Him,

Keep pressing through;

Asking, seeking, knocking,

Until He answers you?

Get in His Word,

Hide yourself there;

Soon you’ll be delivered,

From your present nightmare.

WAY TO THE PALACE

Based on Genesis 39: And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the LORD was with him, and that the LORD made all that he did to prosper in his hand. But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison. The keeper of the prison looked not to anything that was under his hand; because the LORD was with him, and that which he did, the LORD made it to prosper. And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is? And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art: Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou. And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph’s hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck.

Remember Joseph, and all he went through?

Before the palace, he went through the pit;

Sold as a slave, and slandered too,

But God was with him, through all of it.

It didn’t look good, it seemed hopeless,

He seemed to go from bad to worse;

But He never doubted God was real,

Though it seemed his life was cursed.

Our daily choices that we make,

Will determine the outcome;

God will honor your trust in Him,

The blessings will be awesome.

He may be three days late,

If He allows it to your dismay;

But He’s always right on time,

To put His glory on display.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE

The Bible teaches us to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5.17). I don’t need to tell you, there is so much to pray about. If you don’t know where to start, it may help if you try making a prayer request list. Prayer is simply pouring your heart out to God.
It’s not a one way conversation so you must also spend time in His word so you can learn to listen for His voice. You can start there. Eventually your prayer list will grow and you will be praying more and more. The more you pray the more miracles you will see and experience. It’s really not hard. God answers every prayer and nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1.37).
You must believe and have faith, without faith it is impossible to please Him (Hebrews 11.6). Even the Disciples prayed: Lord, we believe, help our unbelief (Matthew 17.20, Matthew 13.58). With each answered prayer and each miracle you witness, your faith will increase. It helps to write down prayer requests and answered prayers for future reference. When you face new challenges you can look back on all the prayers He answered before and it will encourage you to believe for bigger miracles. You will see His Word is Truth as He takes you from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3.18).
It is written in Psalms 27: 1-14: The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. One thing I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.
For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion: in the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me; He shall set me up upon a rock. And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in His tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek. Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up. Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

SHINE YOUR ARMOR

Based on Ephesians 6.10-18: Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.

Put your armor on:

Helmet of salvation,

Breastplate of righteousness,

Feet shod with preparation.

Of the Gospel of Peace,

Sharpen your sword;

Last but not least,

The Word of The Lord.

Grab your shield of faith,

Get on the ready line;

The enemy has attacked,

It’s your time to shine.

We have the victory,

The Lord fought it for us;

Go ahead and praise Him,

His Mighty Name is Jesus!

ROUT WITH A SHOUT

Based on Joshua 6.20: So the people shouted when the Priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.

Rout with a shout,

Cast those demons out;

In Jesus Name,

This is not a game.

He gave us authority,

And His power;

For such a time as this,

It’s our finest hour.

There are souls in the balance,

The enemy’s trying to steal.

It’s our job to win them,

It’s God’s perfect will.

Give Him praise on credit,

Before you ever see;

Like Joshua at Jericho,

Shout the victory!

GIVE NO PLACE

Based on Ephesians 4.27: Neither give place to the devil.

Give no place to the devil.

Everything’s a choice.

You can invite him in,

Or speak the WORD with your voice.

If you open the door,

And invite Satan in;

He’ll tell you everywhere,

That you’ve ever been.

He’ll tell you all you’ve done,

Remind you who you’ve hurt.

He’ll torment you every day;

Make you feel like dirt.

Let this be the day,

You begin life anew;

Choose to forgive all,

God makes all things new.

BIND AND LOOSE IN JESUS NAME

Based on Matthew 18.18: Verily I say unto you, What-soever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Father, we come together,

In Jesus’s Mighty Name;

By the Power of His Blood,

His Word, And the Power of His Name.

We bind spirits of anti-Christ,

And terrorism;

Death, destruction,

Witchcraft, and Satanism.

We bind spirits of sickness,

Disease, and affliction;

Poverty, lack, loss,

And spirits of persecution.

We bind spirits of murder,

Stress, and suicide;

We bind Jezebel,

Divination, and soul ties.

We bind divorce, depression,

False teaching, and deception;

Anger, leviathan,

And spirits of rejection.

We loose provision,

Protection, salvation,

Reconciliation,

And full restoration.

DECLARE AND DECREE

Based on Job 22.28: Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

Declare and decree,

That’s His Word for you.

If He did it for me,

He’ll do it for you too.

If you can believe it,

Trust His Word, decree it;

He promised to do it,

You must have faith to see it.

Praise God while you wait,

For your breakthrough;

Rebuke the lies of Satan,

When he torments you.

Declare and decree,

You will never be the same;

Call heaven to witness,

It is done in Jesus Name.

WAR ON OUR THOUGHTS

Based on Psalm 123.2: Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us. Isaiah 26.3: Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee. Psalm 144.1,2: (A Psalm of David.) Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.

We're all in a battle,

It rages every day;

A war on our thoughts,

To take our peace away.

He tries to steal our joy,

Make us think wrong thoughts;

Contrary to God’s Word,

To make us feel distraught.

Lord, guard our minds,

Keep our gaze on You;

We’ll take our swords,

And run Satan through.

The enemy can no longer,

Have access to our mind;

It’s covered by the Blood,

No open doors will he find.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I was blessed to be raised in a Christian home in the south. I was taught to love God, appreciate all I was given, to work hard, and treat others the way I wanted to be treated. I grew up in church, but like most people, I only had a “head knowledge” of Jesus. I thought I was saved because I went to church and carried a Bible. I had no idea how lost, self-righteous and deceived I was. Jesus didn’t live in my heart yet. I knew John 3.16, but I didn’t have a personal relationship with Him until 2004.

I knew God was real, but I only called on Him during times of crisis. In His great love and mercy, He never gave up on me. I praise Him every day He didn’t let me die in my sins. I praise Him that I’m not burning in hell forever, which is what I deserve.
If you asked me if I had any special talents or gifts, I would have to say my talent is speed typing and my only gifts are encouragement and discerning of spirits. I love to encourage people. I love to meet new people and hear their testimonies. If they are really down, I love to share Jesus with them because I know He is the Answer to everything.

I never knew what real LOVE was until I met Jesus. I’ve found that most people are either going through a difficult trial or just coming out of one. Some just need a kind word and a little encouragement. They just need to know they are not alone. They need to see that they are not the only one suffering.

I’ve seen and experienced so many supernatural miracles in my lifetime, just simply calling on God in Jesus’ Name, and trusting that He is God. I can’t help but want to tell the world how WONDERFUL God is and that He is Real! I just want to encourage people to get to KNOW HIM personally. It is written in Psalms 34.8: “O, taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in Him.”
One day as I was praising God, the Precious Holy Spirit began to pour poems and songs. Then, He supernaturally made a way to have them published. It is my belief that He has and continues to pour these poems just for YOU, for such a time as this. It is my earnest prayer that God will use these poems to encourage YOU, give YOU hope, and point YOU to our Beloved Savior, JESUS CHRIST. I must give God all the glory for all He has done, is doing and will do. I’m so honored, blessed and humbled that the LORD has shown such grace and favor in allowing me to be a “scribe”. I feel all of Heaven cheering us on to finish the race and obtain the prize of the High Calling we have each been given. I refuse to let the rocks out praise me!

Blessings,
