Angels

The Bible has much to say about angels. This is true of both the good and evil angels (demons). Angels possess intelligence, show emotion, and exercise will. They are spirit beings created by G-D without true physical bodies like mankind. Though they do not have physical bodies, they are individuals created with unique personalities and they can take on physical bodies if required. There are many stories in the bible when people heard angels, saw angels, spoke to angels. Mary spoke to the angel who told her that she, being a virgin,  was going to give birth to the Only Begotten Son of God. Joshua was in desperate prayer when an angel appeared and told him how he and his brethren were going to see the walls of Jericho fall and the angel gave Joshua specific instructions. An angel spoke to Phillip and told him exactly where to go so that he would at the right place at the exact moment to meet the Ethiopian eunuch, whom Phillip would share the gospel with and baptize him afterwards.

Since angels are created beings, their knowledge is limited. We were created a little lower than the angels, but there are many types of angels who are very swift and powerful. They do not know all things as God does, but they have greater knowledge than humans. There were created as an order of creatures higher than humans. They also know what God's Word says and they His servants. Angels gain knowledge through long observation of human activities, and when necessary, they are sent by G-D to guard, protect, defend, minister to, rescue, deliver, and war on behalf of His Chosen Ones. Angels have wills but they are all subject to the will of G-D. The Good angels are sent by G-D to help believers. They don't have to study the past, because they already witnessed and experienced it. They know how others have acted and reacted in all types of situations and circumstances. Mankind is not complicated, we are natural born sinners in need of a Savior.

Angels praise and worship G-D and they rejoice in WHO HE IS and WHAT HE DOES. They are His servants. They appear before Him and are  instruments of His Judgments. They bring answers to prayer, give guidance, give direction, rescue, deliver, guard, protect, defend, minister and war on our behalf. They aid us in winning people to Christ Jesus. They observe our work, order, and suffering. They encourage us in times of danger. They care for the righteous at the time of death.

Angels are an entirely different order of being than humans. Human beings do not become angels after they die. Angels will never become and never were human beings. God created the angels just as He created humanity and all creatures that exist or ever existed. The Bible declares that mankind was created in the image and likeness of G-D, but angels are not. They are spiritual beings though they can take on human form when necessary. Humans are physical beings with spiritual aspects. The greatest thing we can learn from the holy angels is their instant, unquestioning obedience to G-D's commands.

I could write books with testimony after testimony of how guardian angels have rescued me in danger, have protected me and even lifted my car to protect me from what would have been a fatal accident. I have never seen an angel in person and I don't pray to or speak to them, but only to the Father, SON and Holy Spirit, however, I have thanked the Father for my guardian angels when they protected me from danger.
